Noelle Fernandes-mendes (26) is an Amsterdam-based hip-hop artist & culture maker.

Raised in de BIJLMEr in Amsterdam-south east, her cultural background and the communities around her played a defining role in shaping both her life and artistic voice. her writing draws from the textures of everyday life in the city: love, friendship, Family, vulnerability & the quiet transformations happening within our communities.

Her sound blends melodic hip-hop with reflective, keen lyricism, creating space for both intimacy and sharp observation.

Beyond the stage, Noell3 is developing her practice towards musical theatre, PLAYWRITING, and will kick of her artist in RESIDENCY at the CONTEMPORARY art space OSCAM (Amsterdam) fall of 2026
